What is a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?

A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is a company that remotely manages a customer's IT infrastructure and/or end-user systems on a proactive basis, typically under a subscription model.

How do Managed IT Services differ from traditional IT support?

Traditional IT support is often reactive, addressing issues as they arise. Managed IT Services are proactive, continuously monitoring and managing your IT systems to prevent issues before they occur.

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services including network monitoring, data backup and recovery, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT consulting, and help desk support.

What locations can you provide services for?

We operate throughout the whole of the UK and can provide both remote and onsite support.

We have a team of engineers for technical issues, and a client services team who work together to ensure your account is maintained.

What is your response time for support requests?

Our response time varies depending on the severity of the issue, but we strive to respond to all support requests within 2 hours.

Technical Questions

What should I do if I can't connect to the internet?

If you can't connect to the internet, try restarting your router and modem, checking for loose cables, ensuring your device's Wi-Fi is turned on, and contacting the service desk or your internet service provider if the issue persists.

What should I do if my computer won't turn on?

If your computer won't turn on, check the power supply, ensure all cables are connected properly, try a different power outlet, and if possible, test with a different power cord. If it still wont turn on give the service desk a call.

How do I reset my Microsoft 365 password?

If you know your current password, login to portal.office.com, click on your name or initials in the top right, go to view account, password, and change your password will pop up. Make sure this a secure password, with 8 characters, 1 upper and lowercase and special character.

Can I use 3CX on my mobile rather than a deskphone?

Yes, you can install the 3CX app on iPhone and most Android devices from the Appstore/playstore.

My system is running slow what should I check first?

Although a simple answer the first step will normally be a reboot, processes and applications can crash and you may not be aware of it and a simple reboot allows for a clean boot.
