If you can't connect to the internet, try restarting your router and modem, checking for loose cables, ensuring your device's Wi-Fi is turned on, and contacting the service desk or your internet service provider if the issue persists.
If your computer won't turn on, check the power supply, ensure all cables are connected properly, try a different power outlet, and if possible, test with a different power cord. If it still wont turn on give the service desk a call.
If you know your current password, login to portal.office.com, click on your name or initials in the top right, go to view account, password, and change your password will pop up. Make sure this a secure password, with 8 characters, 1 upper and lowercase and special character.
