Services below a minimum agreement will not be cancelled.
365 Licences and/or Hosted Desktop services including 365 Licences will remain active and billed till the end of your NCE Agreement.
Cancellation of multiple users / services will incur a minimum 90 day notice period
Services will be invoiced to the end of the month then cancelled.
Any requests not submitted through this form will not be actioned.
It is your responsibility to make us aware of any requested changes to services.
Please be aware that no credits claims will be issued on services if we have not been made aware through this form.
